consolidation period:

less or equal than 500g = 30 days

more or equal than 501g = 10-15 days depending on it's volume size

all of our prices for our group orders are usually exclusive of fees and/or isf because we manually weigh them to give the fair price for our buyers. we usually state otherwise if it's all in or not.

isf late payments

if buyer failed to pay by deadline the lpf is 50 per day.

failure to settle after 3 days from notice will have their items voided & resold.

COOA Lounge does not take any form of downpayments.

your payment will not be acknowledged at all even if you had sent half of the payment. we will only acknowledge if it's fully paid.

proxy fee is fixated to Php 80 up to 3kg per tracking but if the parcel is weighed over 3kg then additional fee of Php 60 per kg will be applied.

our warehouse provides additional fees if you wish for the parcel to be unboxed. please ask us first for a quote !

Php 50 will serve as the bank transfer fee only.

THAILAND

Photoproofs are only possible when your parcel has arrived to the Philippines only. Our starting rate for ISF is Php 130 per tracking number. We recommend our buyers to advise the seller to avoid so many freebies & minimize packaging as it is based by volumetric weight.
